the mayhem race is an extremely complicated alleycat that is thrown on or about memorial day weekend every year in washington dc. this year it was being expanded into a 3-city omnium with alleycats in richmond, dc, and baltimore. each race stood on its own as a full alleycat with prizes and placings. the top woman and man couriers who raced in ALL 3 races will won a really big prize.
