the mayhem race is an extremely complicated alleycat that is thrown on or about memorial day weekend every year in washington dc. originally created by az and bega, this year's mayhem organizer, spencer, reprised 2002's 3-city omnium with alleycats in richmond, dc, and baltimore. each race stood on its own as a full alleycat with prizes and placings. the top woman and man couriers who raced in ALL 3 races will won a really big prize.
